Windows Server 2012:
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\IDE
- Right click deven.exe->Properties
- On the Compatibility Tab click on the Advanced… button
- Tick on Run this program as an administrator
- Click on Change Settings for all user and tick on Run this program as an administrator
Windows 8:
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\IDE
- Right click deven.exe
- Select Troubleshoot program
- Check The program requires additional permissions
- Click Next, click Test the program...
- Wait for the program to launch
- Click Next
- Select Yes, save these settings for this program
- Click Close
